Tender pieces of lamb slow-cooked with carrots, potatoes and herbs. Served with brown bread.

Guinness Fish & Chips
Fresh fillets of cod dipped in a Guinness beer batter and fried golden brown. Served with French fries, coleslaw and homemade tarter sauce.

Shepherd's Pie
Ground beef, diced carrots, peas and onions in a rich gravy, topped with mashed potatoes. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Corned Beef & Cabbage
Corned beef, served over savoy cabbage with mashed potatoes. Topped with horseradish sauce.

Trinity Chicken Sandwich
Grilled fresh chicken breast with basil pesto, melted Irish cheese and roasted red peppers on a herb bun.

Pan-seared chicken breast smothered with seared spinach and blue cheese cream sauce. Served with blanched red skin potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Gaelic Steak
14 oz rib-eye steak topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms covered in an Irish whiskey sauce. Served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Grilled Salmon Steak
Grilled salmon topped with a caper butter sauce. Served with Roasted potatoes and a stuffed tomato.

Pesto Rotini
Sautéed spinach, mushrooms, red onions, kalamata olives, and pomoderaccio sun dried tomato, all tossed in a light pesto cream. Served with bread.
